Carman
McClelland - Senior Lawyer
McClelland moved to Canada at a young
age, and received a Bachelor of Arts
degree York University and a law degree
from the University of Windsor. Before
entering political life, he practiced
law as an associate at the firm of
Fogler, Rubinoff, Toronto.
McClelland
was also elected as a trustee on the
Windsor Board of Education in 1980,
and was a board member of the Canadian
Council of Christian Charities. Carman
is a successful member if the Brampton
Board if Trade as a President Elect,
and VP of Policy. In addition Carman
is a member of the peel Law Association
and was the Inaugural chair for the
Citizens for a great City. Carman provides
legal services in the area of Wills & Estates,
Real Estate and Business, Corporate
and Government Relations.

Corrine
van der Burg - Lawyer
Professional,
experienced, determined and client
orientated, Corrine also provides
industry recognized legal service
as our Certified Collaborative
Family Law solicitor. Corrine plays a critical
role for many of our emotional critical
clients, as she knows how and what
to do in times of urgency and desperation,
all areas associate to family law
matters.

Gyovai - Paralegal/Legal Sport
Representative
Michael is a key legal provider with
the firm providing Paralegal services
in the scope area of practice of
Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences
Court, Administrative Tribunals and
Legal Sport Representation. On May
1st, 2008, Michael will be one of
the first regulated licensed Paralegals
with the Law Society of Upper Canada
in the Province of Ontario.
